·         Entries must include a completed entry form and a 5 X 7 photograph.

·         Categories may be written on the back of the photograph but not your name or contact information. Entries will be “blind” judged.

·         All photographs must be your original work and must be submitted to the library by Wednesday, March 26th. 

·         Photographers must be amateurs - For the purposes of this contest, an amateur is considered to be anyone who derives less than 50% of his/her income from photography.

·         Entries will not be returned by mail.

·         Winning entries may be picked up after the display period has ended on May 1st. Other entries may be picked up one week after the contest ends.

·         As long as the photograph submitted is no larger that 5 X 7 any type of camera may be used.

 

There will be one Grand Prize winner and an Honorable Mention selected in each of the two age groups. The Grand Prize will be the prize for Honorable Mention will be

 

Winners will be announced at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29th  
Refreshments will be served.

 

Winning photographs will be published in the local newspapers and will be framed and kept on display at the library until April 30th.
