Rules and Awards for the Queen of the Reunion:

   Contestants do not have to live in the county but sponsors must be located in Johnson County. Only one (1) contestant per sponsor. The first 25 girls to register will be accepted. Dress is formal and each girl is to have a corsage furnished by her sponsor.
   A queen, first and second runners-up will be chosen. The queen will receive $50.00 and a trophy. The first and second runners-up will receive $25.00 and a charm. The queen will be eligible for a $700.00 scholarship.
   Each contestant will fill out a statement about her hobbies, aspirations, interests and anything interesting about her including previous titles attained.
   Contestants must be between 15 and 21 years of age, not married nor have been married, nor had a marriage annulled. Contestants must not have given birth to a child, not be pregnant or be a parent. Contestants must wear slippers with at least two inch heels for the contest and rehearsal. The rehearsal will be in the pavilion at 4:30 p.m. Sunday prior to the contest on Monday.
   Each contestant must be in the parade on a car, float or be in a band. The vehicle, float or band will be eligible for a prize in the parade.
   Sponsors, please furnish the phone number, name and address of your contestant as soon as possible.
