Alvarado's Town Square is bordered on the North by E. College Avenue,
on the West by N. Spears Street, on the East by N. Friou Street and on the South by
E. Weaver Ave.

When driving to Alvarado from Fort Worth:
Take I-35W toward Waco. Take the Left lane freeway exit for Hwy 67.
Turn to the Left (East) at the lighted intersection. At the next
lighted intersection turn to Right onto Cummings Street. Stay
on Cummings until you reach College . Turn Left onto
College Street. Drive two blocks East and turn Right (South) into
the David's Supermarket parking lot. The Downtown Square will be across the
street from David's Supermarket. Parallel parking is also available in front of Alvarado City Hall heading East
on College Ave.
Note - If you accidentally take the turn onto Business 35W Hwy67/US 81
Drive approximately .3 of a mile. When you see a "Y" Intersection turn
to your Left . (You will also see a Railroad Trestle up ahead.) Business
35/67/US81 will then merge with College St.
When driving to Alvarado
from Dallas: Take I-35S to Hwy 67W toward Cleburne. At
the first lighted intersection, inside the Alvarado City Limits, turn Left
onto Cummings Street. Stay on Cummings until you reach College . Turn
Left onto College . Drive two blocks East and
turn Right (South) into the David's Supermarket
parking lot. The Downtown Square will be across the street from David's Supermarket. Parallel parking is also available
in front of Alvarado City Hall heading East on College Ave. |
